Shipping policy

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once it is dispatched.

Delivery Timelines
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 4-7 business days, depending on your location:
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-metro cities and towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote or difficult-to-serve pin codes: may take longer; our courier partner will inform you if your area faces delays

These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to courier network issues, weather, regional disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount, and any applicable cash-on-delivery charges, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your shipment's status in real time.

Undelivered or Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Shipments
If a delivery attempt fails because you are unavailable or the address provided is incorrect/incomplete, our courier partner will make additional attempts before returning the shipment to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional charges may apply) or process a refund as per our Return & Cancellation Policy.

Serviceability
While we aim to deliver across India, some remote pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your address is non-serviceable, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
