These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website hidewbird.com ("Site") and your purchase of products from dewbird, operated by BL Consumer Brands Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered address at 652, 22nd Cross, 23rd Main Rd, Parangi Palaya, Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102 (GSTIN: 29AAOCB4743Q1ZS).

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

2. Products & Pricing
All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability). Order confirmation via email does not guarantee product availability.

4. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details. By making a payment, you confirm that the payment method used is lawfully yours.

5. Shipping
We currently ship only within India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page; these are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Governed by our separate Return & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the dewbird name, logo, product photography, and written content — is the property of BL Consumer Brands Pvt Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BL Consumer Brands Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
